Two day bread and bakery workshop exploring the wonders of long fermented, naturally leavened Real Bread. Understand the art and craft of wild fermentation and sourdough baking. Learn how to make wheat, rye and spelt sourdough breads. Improve your doughcraft and design a baking system to fit around your lifestyle.

Please note this workshop costs £100 and runs Fri 6pm – 9pm and Sat 10 – 2
